In case the conflict has not been resolved amicably, the competence rests with the Romanian courts, Total Technologies® SRL choosing the jurisdiction of the courts of the Bucharest municipality.
Once the agreement regarding this Agreement with Total Technologies® SRL is expressed, the client assumes all these risks.
